Creamy Caramelized Peas & Onions
In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add peas & onions; sauté about 4 minutes.
Add garlic and rosemary; salt and pepper to taste. Continue sautéing until caramelized (about 4-5 minutes).
Stir in half & half and cheese; Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
