DIRECTIONS

  • In large saucepan, combine potatoes and garlic. Cover with water; salt to taste.
  • Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer. Cook potatoes until tender (about 20 minutes); drain.
  • Mash potatoes and garlic with sour cream, milk and butter.
  • Stir in cheese, bacon and onions; salt and pepper to taste.
