Taco Rice Skillet


  • In large skillet with high sides over medium heat, cook and crumble beef and onions until no longer pink; drain.
  • Add chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, soup and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in rice, beans and black olives. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with shredded cheese and serve with sour cream, if desired.
