DIRECTIONS

  • In medium bowl, combine chicken, garlic, cumin, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper; toss to coat.
  • Add seasoned chicken, beans, chicken broth, onions and chiles to a slow cooker. Cook on HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10 hours.
  • Stir in cilantro. Serve with Essential Everyday Sour Cream and Essential Everyday Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, if desired.
