Tropical Fruit Cobbler Skillet Dump Cake


  • In cast iron or oven-proof skillet over medium heat, combine fruit and sugar. Cook, stirring occasionally, until very juicy, bubbly and heated through. Remove from heat.
  • Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine cake mix and oil; mix until cake mix is crumbly. Spread over fruit in skillet. Top with butter slices.
  • Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 45 minutes or until cake is cooked through.

Tip: Place an aluminum foil lined baking sheet below skillet to catch any bubbling over.
