DIRECTIONS

  • In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sausage, carrots and onions; salt and pepper to taste. Saut√© until onions are softened (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Transfer to a large slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6 hours or until vegetables are very tender.
