Prepare pie crust according to one-crust package directions; do not bake. Place on a baking sheet.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and chives; whisk until well combined; salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cheeses.
Pour egg mixture into crust. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 40-50 minutes or until golden on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
