DIRECTIONS

  • In small saucepan, bring water to a boil; add sugar and stir. When sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat. Cool.
  • In food processor or blender, combine mangos, half & half and simple syrup. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container with cover. Freeze several hours or overnight.
