Cherry Cheesecake Turnovers


  • In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and ¼ cup sugar; using an electric mixer, beat on medium until well combined.
  • Unfold puff pastry sheets; repair any cracks by pressing together. Trim each sheet into a square; cut each square into 6 smaller squares.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon cream cheese into center of each square; top with 1 tablespoon chopped cherries. Fold pastry into a triangle; press edges together to seal. Place on a large baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated 400°F oven 25 minutes or until puffed and lightly golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar.
