Chicken & Rice Casserole


  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and milk; salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in chicken, vegetables, cheese, ½ of fried onions and rice. Transfer to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Sprinkle top with remaining fried onions and continue baking 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
