DIRECTIONS

  • In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain.
  • Add seasoning according to package directions; stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese. Set aside.
  • Using 2 (12 count) greased muffin pans, press biscuits into each well and up sides. Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
