Flounder & Spinach Rolls


  • In small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, garlic and pepper; lightly brush fillets with garlic butter. Sprinkle with cheese and top with spinach.
  • Roll-up fillets and place seam-side-down in an 8x8-inch baking dish that has been lightly brushed with garlic butter. Brush tops of fish with remaining garlic butter.
  • Combine remaining 2 teaspoons melted butter with bread crumbs; sprinkle over fish. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness).
