In large skillet over medium heat, cook walnuts until lightly toasted, stirring frequently. Remove from skillet.
Add sugar and water to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Stir in walnuts; boil 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Pour out onto a greased baking sheet or waxed paper; quickly separate. Sprinkle with sea salt. Let cool completely.
Tip: Serve over chicken salad or your favorite lettuce salad.
