Privacy Policy: Farmfresh

Supervalu Inc., doing business as Farn Fresh Food and Pharmacy ("Farm Fresh") respects the privacy of users of www.farmfreshsupermarkets.com(the "Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how Farm Fresh collects the users information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Personally Identifiable Information. Certain portions of the Site may allow users to make online requests for information, submit comments regarding Farm Fresh operations or the Site,register for certain services online, or inquire about opportunities for employment or other business transactions with Farm Fresh. Disclaimer of Liability Under no circumstances shall Farm Fresh, its parent companies (including SUPERVALU INC.), its subsidiaries, or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to, or collected as a result of, your access of the Site, even if Farm Fresh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
