Farm Fresh Food & Pharmacy was formed in 1957 as a neighborhood grocery store with world class service. From the very beginning, community involvement has been an important part of Farm Fresh. Our name was even chosen from entries submitted by local residents.
Today, Farm Fresh is recognized as the premier grocer in the Hampton Roads-area. Annual Reader's Choice polls consistently name Farm Fresh as the area's best grocery store. Farm Fresh prides itself on providing its customers with competitively-priced products, clean stores, one-stop shopping services, and a large selection of quality national and regional brands.
Farm Fresh currently operates 45 stores in Hampton Roads, Franklin and Richmond, Virginia, and in Wilson and Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Farm Fresh also operates a free-standing pharmacy located inside Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.

Previously known as House of flowers, Trellis & Bloom provides floral and gift services at all Farm Fresh store locations, as well as floral and gift delivery! Enjoy the convenience of safe and secure ordering online 24 hours a day through our online ordering service. An FTD certified florist, Trellis & Bloom continually exceeds our customers' expectations with quality, value, and professional service.
Starbucks
Over 30 Farm Fresh stores now house a self-contained Starbucks Coffee shop, offering a variety of products from coffees to pastries.
Certified Angus Beef
Our meat department offers the best beef-period! Only 8% of beef can earn the distinctive Certified Angus Beef brand.To earn the distinctive brand, beef must meet additional specifications to guarantee superior quality-ensuring every bite is exceptionally flavorful, tender, and juicy. And our grading process is completely unbiased, because Angus-influenced beef is evaluated by the USDA-not in-house graders or the processors themselves.
Boar's Head
For over a century, Boar's Head has used only the finest ingredients available. Boar's Head meats and cheeses contain no by-products, no cereals or fillers, and no artificial flavors or colors. They are pure beef, pork and poultry, and real spices. Boar's Head ham is trimmed by hand the old-fashioned way, and turkey and chicken is oven roasted, just the way you roast yours.
